The main structure features three levels. On the top floor is the master bedroom suite. The second floor features the villa’s living room with its dramatic vaulted beamed ceilings and casual, comfortable West Indies style furniture. Rows of screened sliding glass doors surround you, providing cool tropical breezes and an unparalleled view of the ocean.

Amenities include Cable TV, free WiFi, Internet radio receiver, an IPOD docking station, Bose speakers, stereo receiver, and a multi-disc CD player with CD library.

Just off of the living room is Sunset Point Villa’s large, fully-equipped kitchen. Complete with an island, breakfast bar, and table seating for twelve people, this huge kitchen can easily accommodate the families and small groups that stay at this Turks and Caicos vacation rental year after year.
