At Sunset Point your villa rental includes a private swimming pool and huge sun deck, four spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and amazing ocean views, a game room with big screen TV and DVD collection, plus an impressive list of amenities. Not to mention tons of living space!

For about the same price you could book two small rooms at a hotel or condo complex... with a garden view.

Rental rates are for the entire villa. Bookings are generally Saturday to Saturday. Payments can be made by check, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.

If you're interested in booking Sunset Point Villa, please contact us by email or phone and we can put a 72-hour hold on your desired date. To make a confirmed reservation, a 25% deposit is required upon booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. You may cancel and get a full refund (less 8% of total villa rental administration fee) up to 90 days prior to arrival. Within 90 days, a refund is subject to re-letting the property. During the Christmas and New Year's holidays, a 50% deposit is required and a refund for cancellation anytime is subject to re-letting the property. Because unforeseen circumstances can occur, we highly recommend travel insurance (available through numerous providers such as Travelguard.com, AllTripInsurance.com, or InsureMyTrip.com).

Maid service is provided before and after your stay, as well as a light clean-up in the middle of the week. Additional maid service is available for $12 an hour with a four-hour minimum. If you’d like to hire a cook or chef, this can be easily arranged. However, there are a number of very enjoyable restaurants on Providenciales. We highly recommend a rental car for dining out, as well as to explore all the activities and attractions Providenciales has to offer.

If you want to bring your laptop, unlimited Wi-Fi is available at no charge, but there is no computer at the villa.

Sunset Point provides air conditioning throughout the villa that is available on a metered basis to encourage conservation. This is typical of vacation villas on the island. Guests are given a $100 per week allowance (prorated for stays of less or more than a week). If A/C usage goes above the $100 allowance, guests will be charged at cost (approximately $.45 per kilowatt hour, based on current PPC rates). Guests may monitor their A/C usage from a separate, easy-to-read meter. Allowance does not apply to special rates.
