How do our rates compare?

At Sunset Point Villa your rental includes a private swimming pool and huge sun deck, four spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and unbeatable ocean views, a game room with big screen TV and DVD collection, plus an impressive list of amenities featuring free high-speed wireless internet access. Not to mention tons of living space!

For about the same price you could book two small rooms at a crowded hotel or condo complex.

Rental rates are for the entire villa. Payments can be made by check, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.

Bookings are generally from Saturday to Saturday. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. 10% Government Accommodations Tax will be added to total.

If you're interested in booking Sunset Point Villa, please contact us by email or phone and we can put a 72-hour hold on your desired date. To make a confirmed reservation, a 25% deposit is required upon booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. You may cancel and get a full refund (less 6% of total rental administration fee) up to 90 days prior to arrival. Within 90 days, a refund is subject to re-letting the property. During the Christmas and New Year's holidays, a 50% deposit is required and a refund for cancellation anytime is subject to re-letting the property. Because unforeseen circumstances can occur, we highly recommend travel insurance (available through numerous providers such as www.travelguard.com, or www.AllTripInsurance.com, or www.InsureMyTrip.com.)

Maid service is included before, after, and a light clean-up in the middle of your stay. Additional maid service is available for $10 an hour with a three-hour minimum. If you’d like to hire a cook or chef, this can be easily arranged. However, there are a number of very enjoyable restaurants on the island. We highly recommend a rental car for dining out, as well as to explore all the activities and attractions Providenciales has to offer.

If you want to bring your laptop computer, unlimited high speed internet access is available at no charge, but there is no computer at the villa.

In addition to air conditioning in all the bedrooms, Sunset Point Villa now has A/C in the main Living Room/Kitchen area for our guests’ comfort and convenience. If desired, guests may opt to use the new living room A/C at their discretion for an additional fee (approximately 40¢ per kilowatt hour, based on PPC rates). Usage will be metered and billed at cost, which is common for vacation villas on the island. Guests may monitor their A/C usage from a separate, easy-to-read digital meter. A/C for the rest of the villa will continue to be included in the rental price.
