The living area and kitchen are located mid-level in the main structure of the villa. On this level, step outside anywhere onto a covered wraparound deck. Sliding glass doors and picture windows give you a panoramic view of the ocean.

One level above the living area/kitchen, the Queen Palm Suite is the only bedroom located in the main structure. It’s the second largest bedroom in the villa. It features a king bed, ensuite bathroom with double sinks and shower, and a small seating area.

The Queen Palm Suite overlooks the Living Room Area and boasts a beautiful view of the ocean.

The Game Room is located one floor below the living room/kitchen area, on the same level as the pool deck. It features a ping pong table, TV and seating area.

These two bedrooms have similar layouts, each with queen beds, ensuite bathrooms, and wonderful ocean views.

The King Palm Suite is the largest bedroom in the villa, featuring a king bed, ensuite bathroom, conversation area, and ocean views.

The King Palm Suite has an open sleeping loft (accessed by ladder), which overlooks the bedroom below. The loft itself has two queen beds.
